Celebration of Life ceremonies

Most people have an image of what they consider a traditional funeral service to be and, as time passes, an increasing number of people are deciding that that format is not necessarily ‘for’ them or their loved one.

We, therefore, offer Celebration of Life services which, essentially, are less formal funeral ceremonies that put greater emphasis on a person’s unique, individual traits and enthusiasms, and less on the religious conventions of traditional funerals. As such, Celebration of Life ceremonies are especially popular when the person who has passed away did not actively practice a particular faith.

Music, photography, poetry and other readings can feature prominently in Celebration of Life funerals as, quite often, does the input of family members and friends.
